BOOO…ENASSS! Wepa Cannacori!
Your #cannacoach here, ready for some intense fantasizing with these 5 Green Tips to make your Halloween awesome:
1. Avoid buying sweets, treats, or foods (infused or not) that are high in refined sugars. Products made with honey, stevia, agave, or any other natural sweetener will always be a better option, as they are not only healthier but also promote a better overall cannabis experience. The "sugar rush" tends to negatively influence the effects of cannabis, intensifying paranoia and affecting sleep. Remember: Diabetes is still a global health threat, so good nutrition and responsible cannabis use go hand in hand to keep that at bay.
2. Keep any candy infused with medicinal cannabis away from children, those under 21, and unauthorized individuals, especially if they are not registered patients.
We don't know their medical history and someone might leave in a bad way, so please... let's avoid those embarrassing situations, we want to enjoy ourselves, not regret it.
3. Avoid drinking alcohol with cannabis, especially if you consume a lot of THC. It's risky and can negatively impact the experience. It can lead to unwanted side effects like nausea, vomiting, migraines, diarrhea, body aches, and all the nasty feelings you get when you're completely wasted. A "MEGA HANGOVER" is a huge disappointment, and you don't deserve that, cannabis users. Take it easy, like Carmona. For example: If you're going to drink wine, don't have more than one glass.

4. While hanging out with your friends, make sure you have your own and avoid sharing. Not because you're being greedy or mean any harm, but for your health and well-being. Remember, the virus is still around, and we're now entering peak flu season.
5. Don't eat sweets or infused foods after a certain hour. Not only does it disrupt your metabolism and ability to absorb cannabis, but it also disrupts your body's natural circadian rhythm, affecting your sleep patterns and ability to sleep soundly. Rest is super important, cannabis lovers! A link between high-fat and refined-sugar meals, high THC consumption late at night, and sleep problems, including nightmares and sleepwalking, has been studied and reported (see the study on this topic in the link in my bio on my Instagram page). I don't think you want to risk that. Unless you want to go all freaky on Halloween, then do it at your own risk.
