You agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if they were in writing.
Privacy

Membership
By registering for our annually billed membership, you agree to an annual charge to your credit card. If you wish to cancel your SENS CULTURE membership, it is important to send an email to info@sensculture.com 15 days before your next membership billing date.
Conditions of Use
By accessing our online space, you agree to the SENSTAGRAM Rules and Conditions:
Be respectful
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought and opinion. However, if your opinion involves hate, racism, homophobia, bullying, or anything else that compromises the safety of this space, you will be banned from the platform.
We are a pro-cannabis and nature space
Promotion, consumption, and cannabis- and nature-related entertainment are permitted. However, the promotion of illegal drugs and “hard drugs” is not permitted and will result in a ban from the platform.
Adults only
SENSTAGRAM is an adults-only platform. If you do not meet this requirement, your account will be deactivated immediately.
Moderation in sexuality
Moderate sexuality is allowed (softcore and semi-nudity); explicit sexuality is not (hardcore, explicit sex). Posts that do not respect this rule will be removed and the user will be banned from the platform.
Privacy and content
Users are advised not to share SENSTAGRAM images and videos on other platforms to protect everyone’s privacy. Violating this rule will result in account removal.
Religion and politics
Religious and political topics are allowed within proper parameters. You must express your opinions respectfully and in accordance with point one about respect. Failure to comply may result in a ban from the platform.
Protection of personal data
Sharing other users’ personal data without their consent is not allowed. Violating this rule will result in account removal.
No harassment
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, sexual harassment, online harassment, and cyberbullying. Offenders will be banned immediately.
Original content
Post only content that you own or have permission to share. Plagiarism or unauthorized use of content will result in account removal.
Consequences of not following the rules
Any violation of these rules or others included in future updates will result in account removal and a ban from the platform. Sens Culture and its SENSTAGRAM service reserve the right to take necessary measures to maintain a safe and respectful space for all users.
These rules are designed to foster a safe and respectful environment on SENSTAGRAM, where everyone can enjoy and share their passion for the cannabis lifestyle in a responsible and considerate manner.
Our online membership service is completely free, including SENS CULTURE® MAGAZINE, SENSTAGRAM®, SENS DIRECTORY®, SENS APP®, and SENS TV®.
The SENS MEMBER Membership is paid annually with benefits, discounts, and the “Sens Care Package®” delivered to your home or business.
All promotions must be approved by the administration.
We reserve the right of admission and to cancel your account if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to deny any person access to this Site and to the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement.
You have the authority to enter into a legally binding obligation.
You will use this Site in accordance with this Agreement.
You will create an account on this Site only for your personal use or lawful business use.
Account
You will need to register by creating an account on sensculture.com (an “Account”). If you choose to create an account, you agree to provide only accurate and complete information and to keep that information up to date if it changes. Access to the Website is not authorized by any other person or entity using your Registration Information, and you are responsible for preventing unauthorized use. You have the option to keep your account private or make it public, upload your profile photo and cover, enjoy the SENSTAGRAM community, and participate.
You are solely responsible for any and all access to and use of the Website by individuals using your information. Please notify us immediately if you become aware that your information is being used without your authorization.
Refunds
We offer an annual service. To request a refund, you must do so within the first 30 days of purchase.

Reglas y Condiciones de SENSTAGRAM
1. Sé respetuoso
- Toda persona tiene derecho a la libertad de pensamiento y opinión. Sin embargo, si tu opinión es de odio, racismo, homofobia, bullying u otra que afecte a la seguridad de este espacio, serás baneado de la plataforma.
2. Somos un espacio pro-cannabis y naturaleza
- La promoción, consumo y entretenimiento cannábico y natural es permitido. No obstante, la promoción sobre drogas ilícitas y "hard drugs" no está permitida y serás baneado de la plataforma.
3. Solo para adultos
- SENSTAGRAM es una plataforma exclusiva para adultos. Si no cumples con este requisito, tu cuenta será desactivada inmediatamente.
