Wepaaa cannacoriii! Get out your vaporizers, cartridges, bongs, and favorite pieces BECAUSE 4/20 SEASON IS OFFICIALLY HERE! “Mary Jane” (and I'm not talking about Peter Parker's) deserves to be celebrated within a growing and increasingly conscious community, so here are my “Green Tips” to help you have a great time, vibrate high, and #JapiMedikeitin!
1. Explore and celebrate the best of cannabis culture: If you want to honor our magical plant, get on board and dedicate yourself to exploring its culture and history. READ! (from good resources), and I say this because fewer and fewer people are doing it, and it's essential to expand your knowledge to be better patients/consumers; conscious and informed. BTW, there are also many super interesting documentaries and content about cannabis on various forums. Now, if you're more into chill vibes and want to laugh and enjoy 4/20 movies or series while you're medicating and "munching," don't be surprised if I join you there, LOL! If you want good movie and streaming recommendations, head straight to the section of my fellow cinephile and newly revalidated CANNAMOM, Miss Plot Twist.
2. “CANNACORI… ASSEMBLE!”: Get together with your fellow cannabis enthusiasts, or if you're just starting out on this rich medicinal adventure, it's the perfect time to make new connections with people in your local cannabis community: activist leaders, industry employees, other patients, or even “OG stoners.” This way you can share your experiences (good and bad) and contribute new ideas to improve things. Let's get involved in destigmatizing and re-educating the masses! Let's aspire to have a supportive sisterhood that always fights for better well-being. When we honor cannabis in this way, we also honor ourselves because our intention is a true reflection of our relationship with it. Remember: Patients/consumers should ALWAYS be the guiding principle and the reason for being of the cannabis industry and community health program.
In unity there is strength!
3. Celebrate what adds up, ignore what detracts: From the bottom of my heart, I ask that we please celebrate and highlight the GOOD and well-done things in the cannabis industry. Anything that misinforms, distorts, confuses, and contributes NOTHING positive to our growth and improvement as human beings in this chaotic world, simply DOESN'T WORK and therefore DOESN'T deserve our attention, much less a platform (and this goes for my patients and those in the industry alike). We deserve to have a pro-science and pro-patient community that always seeks justice in ALL aspects, that is transparent, depoliticized, and that HELPS us as a collective to achieve real change in favor of our best interests.
Long live ganja, and long live our community with all its beautiful people! Happy Holidays to everyone, have a blast! I love you all so much! Thank you for all your love and support for my mission with the community… “Cannacoach, OUT!”
