BLAZIN’ HOLI-DAZE TIPS The PINE SEASON

WEPA CANNACORI! HAPPY HOLI-DAZE, everyone! I'm feeling the "Crijmaj Spirit" on HIGH, LITERALLY! Here are my GREEN TIPS for a super CHILLAX and #JapiMedikeitin festive season, so grab your favorite shot of medicated Coquito and let's get this party started!

• “Fill your house with flowers (that smell like pine)”: The official terpenes of the season are PINENE, LIMONENE, and CARYOPHYLENE. Look for flowers high in these three terpenes, with moderate percentages (20-26%) of THC (even better if they have a little CBD) to guarantee a relaxed experience, connected to nature and the Christmas vibe. You'll feel that combination of woody, spicy, herbal, and a light, fresh citrus note. You'll feel a much-needed sense of peace to recharge your batteries while enjoying time with family, friends, or even on your own… what matters is that you give yourself the gift of WELL-BEING. You deserve it.

• “Meditate and Meditate”: Following the theme of WELL-BEING, it's essential to reconnect with ourselves and our needs. That's why I've been practicing “meditation and medication” for a few months now to better manage stress, which gets especially WORSE for me at this time of year. Honestly, more than just a TIP, this is my experience and my wish for you… it will do you a lot of good to disconnect and then reconnect in a different way. A more real, more relaxed way. Cannabis opens doors you can't even imagine, but it can also close them, and sometimes this is necessary to begin healing. Medicate enough to get slightly elevated, then find a cool, secluded space in your home or a safe place (use headphones if needed), inhale deeply, and then exhale slowly. Slowly empty your mind of anything heavy. Repeat until you feel better and find clarity.

• Find your PURPOSE as a New Year's resolution: Just like you make New Year's resolutions to lose weight and get in shape, travel, and other crazy things that almost always end up going nowhere, you can also create a resolution to find your purpose for using cannabis. That "why" has immense value. THAT is the reason you decide to use it (and even intoxicate yourself), and it explains a lot about you and your relationship with the plant, whether it's to escape or truly heal and grow. Cannabis, whatever its use, is and will continue to be MEDICINE. But like all MEDICINE, it has its side effects, contraindications, controls, and limits. Resolve this New Year to improve your relationship with cannabis and improve your quality of life; let your purpose be CONSCIOUS CONSUMPTION.

May this time help you better appreciate the things that truly matter and bring you joy. Take good care of yourselves and be kind to others and to yourselves. Happy holidays to everyone, I love you all! “Cannacoach, out!”
