CANNABIS & SPIRITUAL AWAKENING THE PLANT THAT GUIDES THE RETURN TO THE SELF

In a world increasingly disconnected from the soul, spiritual awakening has become an urgent and profound quest. Alongside this process, many people are rediscovering cannabis not only as medicine, but as a sacred tool for connection, healing, and expanding consciousness.

Spiritual awakening is a profound and intimate process in which a person begins to see beyond superficial reality and connects with their essence and life purpose. It is not a single moment, but a journey that can begin with a crisis, an inner calling, a loss, a physical symptom, or simply a feeling of emptiness that can no longer be filled by external factors. Many people find cannabis to be a tool that softens and facilitates this path.

Not as a magic solution, but as an ally that opens, reveals, and accompanies. Cannabis can help us expand our consciousness and reconnect with our inner truth. How can I integrate cannabis into the process of spiritual awakening? You must do so from intuition, not from avoidance. Before consuming, ask yourself key questions: What do I want to observe or release? From what perspective am I approaching the plant: need, search, ritual, or escape? What physical and emotional space am I creating for this experience?

I recommend using a microdose or a mild dose; for spiritual processes, less is more. A microdose can help you sharpen subtle perception without distortion, listen better to your body, emotions, or intuition, and deepen your meditation without feeling "too high." Cannabis enhances what you do with it, so choose practices that support your inner connection.

Here are several practices where cannabis can help you:

Meditation, mindfulness, mindful journaling, yoga

Restorative healing, moon baths, or rituals and energy healing. If you need help or more information about any of these practices, please don't hesitate to contact me; I can assist you with the process.

Cannabis not only acts on a mental level, but also a sensory one; it can offer many benefits in spiritual awakening. It calms your nervous system, allowing you to enter states of introspection, and opens the heart chakra, enabling self-acceptance and compassion.

Enhance your sensory perception and connection to the present moment. Facilitate the dissolution of the ego in meditation or healing practices and activate memories, intuitions, and visions that support the evolution of the soul.

Always here to support and guide you through your process,
