Green Tips: Navigating Chaos

Hey everyone! In this edition, I'm coming to you with a heartfelt message to help you cope with the chaos, where everything seems to be falling apart. Between unnecessary wars, economic instability, and the sensory overload from TV and social media, I know that many of you—just like me—have a "CODE RED" in your nervous system. As a neurodivergent patient with chronic pain , I can confirm… Emotional overdrive is very real, and it's no wonder.

When the world weighs too heavily, our conditions worsen. The noise is more bothersome, the pain screams, and our minds race . In times of uncertainty, plants aren't just medicine; they're our anchor . But be careful, for them to heal, you have to use them intentionally, not impulsively. Here are my "Green Tips" to help you cope with the chaos without breaking the bank:

1. The Emotional "Micro-dosing" Hack :

For a nervous system that's all over the place; less is more . Instead of looking for a "high" that just shuts you down, look for the minimum dose to stabilize yourself. A few puffs of strains high in CBD or CBG can be the difference between a meltdown and a functional day. Consume consciously to slow down and achieve inner peace, even if it's just for a little while.

2. Have a reasonable purchasing strategy:

Don't get carried away by the hype ! Generally, the golden rule is "Seek quality in a cost-effective way."

As always, look for terpenes , not just THC. For pain and anxiety relief, 18-20% THC plus good terpenes like myrcene and linalool will work much better (and be cheaper) than 30% THC that might leave you feeling stuck in your ...

* Take advantage of the "Smalls" or "Popcorn" instead of the shake or trim: They have the same chemistry as the big flower but at a lower price: A hit for a tight budget without sacrificing effectiveness!

3. Get organized before you buy:

Before heading to the dispensary, make a list of essential long-term products. Brain fog can sometimes lead to impulsive purchases, so only buy what you need to alleviate symptoms, ask about specials, and look for budget-friendly, quality products.

My neurodivergent friend : We are certainly going through dark times for humanity that will definitely test us, but we must still fight for our RIGHTS, social RE-EDUCATION, JUSTICE, and FREEDOM. I invite you to, like me, adjust your daily consumption according to your needs and take a more personalized, holistic , and well-guided approach … It truly makes a huge difference. DM I'm here to schedule a consulting and/or counseling appointment (through VPR Consulting ; I'm here for you, cannacori).

We will overcome all of this by sailing together towards the health and well-being we deserve, being the change we want to see, forging a better world with intention. clarity , purpose and EMPATHY.

Long live the resistance! # JapiMedikeitin… Cannacoach, OUT!
