THE BEGINNING & 6 YEARS LATER

Yo! What's up everyone, and welcome back to your favorite smoke-free cannabis cooking section!

Hey, and we're celebrating the 6th anniversary of this project, so important for the development of our culture on the island: Sens Culture magazine. I remember it all started with an idea Mr. Sens presented to me one day while we were eating churrasco at a family business in Carolina. :)

Back then, he showed me what he had at the time, and it seemed like an incredible opportunity to contribute to the industry I had fallen in love with. A cannabis adventure that, to this day, we continue to fight for, for our patients and a better quality of life.

Over the years, we've built a community, a family, a culture that transcends social taboos. Past generations thought marijuana was an illicit drug that destroyed your brain cells and made you stupid. Sens Culture and this Smoke-Free Recipes section have reached thousands of patients who have discovered that this medicine is so cool you can eat it, apply it, drink it—it's the mother of all medicines, and it's here to stay.

Let's celebrate these 6 years of struggle and many achievements with a simple yet delicious marinade for all kinds of meat or vegetables. Especially if you make it for a steak and cook it on the BBQ... you really have to try it... it gets charred, but juicy ;)

Thanks to everyone who has supported this cultural cannabis magazine these last 6

years. In this section we will continue to provide you with delicious recipes for your health and quality of life.

Sending hugs and blessings to everyone, I love you always.....

Peaceeee!

LATIN KUNG FU MARINADE

1 bottle of ABC Soy sauce (Sweet Soy)

1 bottle of Sweet Chili

⅓ cup ground ginger

⅓ cup of minced garlic

⅓ cup ground scallions (white part)

4 tbsp of green-infused sesame oil

2 sachets of seasoning with annatto

3 tbsp of brown sugar.

⅓ cup of rice vinegar

Procedure:

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Marinate the desired protein or vegetables for 24 hours.

Chef's Recommendation:

Marinate a 12 oz steak and fire up the BBQ. Put the strips on the grill for 4 minutes per side and you'll have a rich, juicy, and flavorful "medium" steak.

Enjoy!
