We're wrapping up summer and meaningful culture knows it!
Do you guys remember last year's edition where we did the glorious Bacon?
We're going to make another really delicious recipe with it... dudes, it's infused bacon fat, of course we're going to do something with that.
I also recommended they save it for that very reason…
Anyway… I know summer is here and as usual many people go on diets and get fit so they can look good at the beach, pool or go shirtless because you sacrificed yourself and that's it.
Well, with this pasta you're going to break that diet because you deserve it, and it will also reduce the anxiety of thinking... "I broke the diet, damn man, how many calories did that pasta have..." On the contrary, you'll go back to thinking like a chubby guy, "I'd have a little dessert too" or "a little bread with garlic, uuufff".
So I present to you the Carbonara Kush OG . OG because it's the original way to make it. Kush because of how high it makes you... and it tastes amazing, so enjoy guys!
Summer Carbonara Kush OG
(This portion would be for 1 person)
Ingredients:
8oz Spaghetti or Linguini pasta
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped shallots or white onion
1 tbsp of the infused fat from Glorious Bacon
4 oz of Pecorino Romano or Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
1 egg yolk. The beaten egg white of one egg, whipped to meringue.
2 slices of Glorious Bacon, chopped.
Procedure:
We boiled 4 cups of water with a little salt and vegetable oil in a pot.
In a frying pan, we heat a little of the fat infused with the garlic and shallots.
When they start to brown, we remove them from the heat.
In a mixing bowl, place the egg yolk and the fat with the sautéed vegetables. Mix quickly without fully cooking the yolk.
We pour the pasta into the water and cook it until it can be bitten and breaks easily between your teeth.
We add the hot pasta, some of the cheese and with a spatula we mix in a circular motion from top to bottom (Folding is the culinary term) incorporating the meringue-like egg whites.
Once everything is well mixed and hot from the pasta, decorate with grated cheese and chopped Glorious Bacon.
You can decorate it with basil if you want, and it adds a nice touch.
If you don't like the idea of the egg, just leave it out. It won't be the same, and it won't be OG. Hehe. Enjoy making this recipe. I know you'll like it.
Blessings and good vibes always. Enjoy Max and have a blast with this pasta. Peace!!!
Enjoy your meal!
