Greetings and congratulations, Cannafamilia! Welcome to the Cannaglamour segment of Sensculture, the number one magazine in the cannabis industry. With this edition, we conclude 2022 and welcome 2023 with open arms, full of faith and hope.
THC and CBD can assist in the regeneration of new tissue, promote relaxation, and reduce inflammation caused by prolonged periods of intense training. A growing number of athletes report that cannabis produces euphoria, improves self-confidence, induces relaxation and stability, and relieves the stress of competition.

Many professional athletes are afraid to admit that they use or have used cannabis because they may face legal problems, punishment, or upset their sponsors.
Cannabis is effective because it affects TRPV1, TRPV2, and TRPA1 receptors, which are related to pain neurotransmitters. Therefore, these properties can help athletes in multiple ways, such as reducing stress by modifying the body's cortisol levels, which allows for better control of anxiety and stress, enabling peak performance in every training session or competition.
It speeds up recovery because after a training or sports session, it's very common to feel stiff, tired, or sore muscles. Using CBD and THC in combination is highly beneficial for this type of recovery, whether applied topically, in edibles, or vaporized.

It's not only useful for recovery but also post-workout, helping to increase performance and potentially boost endurance. It aids in the formation and growth of bones and muscles, which is a very difficult task to maintain and can sometimes be frustrating without a routine based on a good diet, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle. However, cannabis has been shown to act as an anti-catabolic agent, promoting muscle growth and hindering muscle loss.

As you can see, cannabis offers numerous anti-inflammatory and analgesic benefits to athletes, and the stigma surrounding it is diminishing. This hasn't happened overnight, but the progress has been incredible. We will continue to educate and break down stigmas.
Part of our mission as a cannabis magazine is to educate, unite, inform, and entertain.
“That's Why...We Make Sensations.” Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all!! Be proud of yourselves, of all you have accomplished, promote peace, self-love, and love for others. And remember to give your mental health that much-needed check-up every day; it's just as important as your physical health.

I love you all very much, your friend and psychologist,
