I suggest we start with something simple, delicious and mindful, a drink that hydrates, reduces inflammation and provides mental clarity.
This Good Vibes Mocktail will get you feeling great and deflate your body and soul.
That's why the base we're going to use in this recipe is coconut water.
Coconut water is super refreshing and helps replenish electrolytes, thanks to its mineral content, including magnesium, zinc, potassium, and sodium. These help your body regain energy and balance after a couple of days of working like crazy. Hehe.
This base is complemented by 4 allies, each with medicinal properties: soursop, ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass.
Soursop is one of my favorite fruits and it's packed with antioxidants. Besides being delicious, it supports the immune system. It also helps lower blood sugar levels in diabetic patients.
Ginger helps the body feel light and active, and in addition to giving the drink that spicy flavor, you can benefit from its anti-inflammatory effect.
Turmeric enhances the flavor of ginger and combines perfectly with the coconut oil contained in the cannabis infusion.
Lemongrass, one of my favorites, is fresh, aromatic, and helps you unwind.
Of course, the special touch is the infused coconut oil, and you can choose to add a few drops of full-spectrum CBD. 5ml to be exact.
Its function is to cleanse the system so you can vibrate nicely and healthily, guys.
Let's start by taking care of ourselves so that we can then help others.
Enjoy it and I'm sending you good vibes from here and may this year bring blessings to all of you... and lots of love too on this Friendship Day.
I love you all… peaceeee!
