Hybrid training combined with cannabis

Canna Fitt here, my people! And this 2026 we're starting the year strong, but we're going to change things up a bit. This year we'll be doing HydroTraining along with medicinal cannabis.
What is hydro training?
Basically, it's combining two disciplines: bodybuilding training with calisthenics, which are free-weight exercises, meaning exercises using only your body weight. I've only been doing it for two weeks, but the interesting thing is that with hydrotraining and sativa gummies (mind you, I mostly use 100mg of sativa for training), I've noticed that the hydrotraining helps accelerate the effects of the cannabis. Just 15 minutes after eating the gummy, I felt motivated and euphoric. It was faster but more fun. I felt light, more focused, and I felt that inner voice of motivation for each set, each exercise, and each machine. I felt that muscle concentration more than ever, and the great thing is that with cannabis, your body is basically telling you what to do. It even told me when the workout was enough, and I finished super satisfied.
What benefits have I seen these past two weeks:
1. Better performance.
2. Better muscle development.
3. I felt that it helped me metabolize fat faster (I noticed when people told me, you look more toned or defined).
4. Better recovery.
5. I suffer from insomnia, and it helps me a lot to sleep because the training and cannabis in combination help me to give my maximum power so that I can use all the energy I have and rest better.
6. I sleep more deeply and it helps me wake up in a good mood.
