ATHLETE: HOW TO USE CANNABIS TO YOUR BENEFIT


Cannafitt here, my people!


Today we're going to talk about how athletes can use cannabis to their advantage in sports. Did you know that many sports, such as the NBA, NFL, UFC, and baseball, among many others, already consider cannabis very beneficial for their athletes because it helps with preparation and reduces inflammation after a game?


Mostly CBD is authorized, not THC. However, new studies are confirming that THC helps athletes improve their physical condition and performance.


CBD is believed to have the potential to provide the following benefits for athletes:


• Reduction of anxiety due to stress

• Helps the endocannabinoid system

• Improves the quantity and quality of sleep

• Anti-inflammatory properties and promotion of muscle relaxation

• Oxidation reduction


CBD is a cannabinoid, but not produced by our body, and when it comes into contact with the ECS, it helps by increasing the ability to balance pain, stress, or anxiety.

Very important reminder: medicinal cannabis is not for everyone, and if you want to use it for your training, you should consult with your coach, as it is not accepted in all sports.
